The TRYC Steam Sterilization Rapid Challenge Kit Test Pack with Type 5 CI, includes a Rapid Steam Biological Indicator and a Steam Chemical Integrator, Type 5, and monitors 132°C 4-minute dynamic-air-removal and 121°C 30-minute gravity displacement steam sterilization processes. This pack presents a resistant challenge to the steam sterilization process. The BI result is available after 20 minutes of incubation.

Rapid Readout Biological Indicators are designed to monitor 121°C gravity and 132°C vacuum-assisted steam sterilization processes.
Steam Chemical Integrator, Type 5, are designed to monitor 132ºC (270ºF) dynamic-air-removal steam sterilization cycles ≥ 4 minutes in length and 121ºC (250ºF) gravity- displacement steam sterilization cycles ≥ 30 minutes in length.
