Biological identification of sterilization effect of ethylene oxide sterilizer - Usage Method
1) According to the process requirements, place the required quantity of biologicalindicators (bacterial tablets) in the designated position inside the sterilizer;
2) After sterilization, the monitored biological indicators (bacterial strips) and the positivecontrol biological indicators (bacterial strips) should be sterile lnoculate into a test tubecontaining 5-10 ml of nutrient broth or pancreatic casein soy peptone liquid medium forcultivation:
3) Cultivate the biological indicator (bacterial slide) at a temperature of 30℃ -35℃ for7 days;
4) Observe the growth status of bacteria in the culture tube and compare it with thenegative control. lf there is turbidity or bacterial film in the culture medium, it indicatesBacterial growth, positive; The clarifier indicates sterile growth and is negative;
5) Record the test results. - Notice
1) The monitoring results are only valid when the positive control tube grows well and thenegative control tube grows aseptically.
2) Storage temperature: 4℃~30℃,relative humidity: 30%~70%. Keep away fromsterilizing agents and avoid exposure to sunlight or ultraviolet rays,Do not freeze.
3) Positive biological indicators (bacterial slides) and the culture medium used should be discarded after sterilization. - Validity Period: 12 months. The production date, batch number, and specifications can be found in the product packaging.
