OPERATING INSTRUCTION

1. Scope of Application

This product is used for verifying the efficacy of vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) space sterilization,

3. Bacterial Strain: Geobacillus stearothermophilus ATCC 12980

4. Population: 1.0×10³ CFU/pc & 1.0×10⁶ CFU/pc

5.Instructions for Use
· The biologicalindicator consists of bacterial carriers and culture tubes.
· Placecarriers in different sterilizationzones andexecute theVHP sterilization cycle.
· After sterlization,transfer carriers and culture tubes to a biosafety cabinet.
· Aseptically open carrier packoging and transfer sterlized carriers (plus positive control caier) into culture medium tubes.
· Incubate af 56-58°C for 24 hours.
· Interpret results:
Purple medium: Negative (sterilization effective);
Yellow medium: Positive (sterization ineffective);
Results are valid only if the positive control turns yellow.

6. Precautions:
   · Store at 10°C to 35°C in dry conditions (30%-70% RH), protected from light (sunlight, fluorescent/UV lamps). Discardafterautoclaving if:Sterlization failureisindicated
