I. Product Description
This product uses TRYC brand ultra-fast biological culture reader to detect the activity of α -glucosidase within 0.5h, and to monitor whether the spores of thermophilic lipase survive, so as to judge whether hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization is qualified.

It is suitable for monitoring the sterilization effect of hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma.
I. Product Description
This product uses TRYC brand ultra-fast biological culture reader to detect the activity of α -glucosidase within 0.5h, and to monitor whether the spores of thermophilic lipase survive, so as to judge whether hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization is qualified.
Second, the scope of use
It is suitable for monitoring the sterilization effect of hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma.
Third, the method of use
1. Record the necessary items of sterilization management (such as sterilization date, operator, etc.) in the blank space of the label on the surface of the rapid biological indicator sterilized by hydrogen peroxide at low temperature plasma.
2. Put the hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization speed biological indicator into a Tyvek packaging bag, and then put it in the position that is difficult to sterilize in the sterilizer recommended by the manufacturer (generally located in the lower front of the equipment) to run the sterilization procedure.
3. After sterilization, take out the biological indicator from the paper-plastic bag, and after confirming that the chemical indicator ink on the label changes color, naturally leave it for more than 15min and cool it to room temperature. If the chemical indication ink on the label has not changed, please check the sterilization process.
4. Press the upper cover of the biological indicator tightly, and pinch the ampoule bottle inside the cooled biological indicator with a clip or in a specific hole in the extreme speed biological incubator. Shake to make the bacterial slices fully contact the liquid culture medium, confirm that the bacterial slices are immersed in the culture medium, and cultivate them in TRYC brand extreme speed biological culture reader.
5. Take another unsterilized biological indicator with the same batch number, and culture it as a positive control under the same conditions after the ampoule is broken. The purpose is to detect the correct culture conditions, the activity of indicators and the function of the extreme speed biological incubator.
6. Open the lid of the ultra-fast biological incubator, put the ultra-fast biological indicator sterilized by hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma into the cultivation hole in the incubator, close the lid of the incubator, and cultivate the positive control and sterilized ultra-fast biological indicator for 0.5 hours, waiting for the red or green indicator light to light up and send out the result signal. If you want to observe the color change of biological indicators, please culture for 24 hours.
7. After confirming the sterilization effect, please remove the label on the surface of the biological indicator and stick it in the record book.
Determination of fluorescence detection results:
1. For the indicator after sterilization, a fluorescent positive (red light or+) indicates that sterilization is unqualified.
2. For the indicator after sterilization, the fluorescent negative (green light or-) indicates that the sterilization is qualified.
3, the positive control must get a fluorescent positive result, and the biological monitoring result is effective.
Fourth, matters needing attention
1. Before using this product, please confirm the integrity of the product and use it within the validity period.
2. Store at 4℃-25℃ in a dry environment (relative humidity 35%-60%) and avoid light (including sunlight, fluorescent lamps and ultraviolet disinfection lights).
3. Biological indicators that have been judged to have failed sterilization, expired and used in positive control tests should be discarded after sterilization.
